Just launched in the heart of Flemington, Cafe Annick is an informal rustic eatery located at 117 Broad St., the former location of Stowe's Deli. "We completed a total renovation of the shop and when people walk through the door they can't believe the transformation," said owner Annick Elziere.
Elziere, who is a native of France, designed the decor with French accents, including tablecloths from Provence. The walls are a peach color and there are lots of green plants.

FLEMINGTON - Cafe Annick, a cafe and deli cultivating a European ambiance, has opened in Paul Bunyan Village on Broad Street.
Cafe Annick's stealthy slip into the building formerly occupied by Stowe's Village Deli and Cafe seemed, to the outsider, effortless, which is indicative of what the cafe aims to be: a bastion of relaxation.
Owner Annick Elziere, who emigrated from her native France to the U.S. in 1974, had infused the cafe with some aspects of her heritage.
