Nino's Restaurant - New York City 2001The Nino's Restaurant is located at 431 Canal St., has served hundreds of thousands of free meals to Ground Zero workers since Sept. 11.  My friend, Mehri, my three children and I offered one evening of our time to help Nino's restaurant make a difference. Hundreds of volunteers came to prepare the food and serve the workers at the restaurant. Everyone was able to register as a volunteer.
